- 2 cups (1/2 pound) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
- 1/2 cup Equal Exchange Organic Baking Cocoa
- 1 1/2 pounds confectioners' sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (8 ounces) nonfat dry milk
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract
Have all ingredients at room temperature: combine in large mixing bowl. Beat until creamy (it may be necessary to moisten mixture with 1/4 cup whole milk). Put in buttered 9-inch square pan, chill.
