- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 8-10 pitted Medjool dates
- 4 Tbsp Equal Exchange Organic Baking Cocoa
- 1 tsp flavored extract (Vanilla, Peppermint, Almond)
Place all ingredients in a food processor fitted with the "S" blade.
Process until a ball forms.
Pinch off pieces of dough and roll into bite size ball shapes.
Freeze about 15 minutes before serving.
