Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place coconut oil into the microwave for 1 minute until melted. Add melted coconut oil with vegetable oil, vanilla, and eggs. Stir well.
In another bowl, mix sugar, flour, cocoa, salt, flour, and chocolate pieces. Stir together until fully blended.
Combine all ingredients and stir thoroughly.
Grease an 8x8 baking pan and pour batter evenly inside pan. Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
