- 12 organic strawberries
- about 2 oz. Equal Exchange Organic Panama Extra Dark Chocolate (80% Cacao) bar, finely chopped
- 1 tsp sugar
- whipped cream, for garnish
- Equal Exchange Organic Baking Cocoa, for garnish
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the tops off of the strawberries.
Cut the bottoms off of the strawberries, just enough that they will stand upright.
Using a small knife, spoon, or a melon baller, hollow out a small cavity in each strawberry.
Stuff each cavity with chopped chocolate and place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle stuffed strawberries with sugar.
Bake in preheated oven until chocolate is soft, about 10 minutes.
To serve, place 3 berries on each plate, top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of baking cocoa.
