- ¾ c. plus 2 Tbsp all-purpose flower
- 1/3 c. Equal Exchange Organic Spicy Hot Cocoa
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 1/3 c. sugar and
- 1 Tbsp honey (I used pure wildflower honey from Bulgaria)
- 1 large egg
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- Enough confectioners’ sugar to roll cookie balls in before baking.
Blend dry ingredients, and then add butter and wet ingredients. Beat until fully blended. If too dry, add a little water, if too wet add a little flour. Make into 1 in balls, and roll in confectioners’ sugar.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for about 12-15 minutes. If you like them crispy, maybe 15-18 minutes.
