Stuffed Waffles


Waffles: make 2 with waffle mix

Stuffing: whipped cream (as much as you want)

Cranberry sauce: combine 3 cups cranberries, 2 cups sugar, and 2 Tbsp whipped cream in a blender until smooth.

Chocolate sauce: melt together 1 bar Equal Exchange Organic Ecuador Dark Chocolate, 1 cup sweetened condensed milk, 4 Tbsp water, 2 Tbsp butter.

Cut open waffles from the side and stuff with whipped cream. Optionally, add chocolate sauce to stuffing. Pour cranberry sauce on top of waffles and drizzle chocolate sauce over all. Then enjoy!
