Chocolate-Almond Bark


Begin with Equal Exchange Organic Natural Almonds soaked and dehydrated. Chop them. 

Take two bags of Equal Exchange Organic Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips and melt them just enough so that they can be stirred and blended with the chopped almonds.  

For a very nutty bark, use two bags to two cups of nuts.  Then, while still warm, spread the chocolate chip-almond mixture on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.  

Spread the mixture into a rectangular shape, approximately 8" x 14", and put the baking sheet into the freezer for about 10 minutes to harden.  
At this point it can be sliced into squares. Store them, sealed, in the refrigerator until serving.
