Beat first three ingredients until stiff. Add extract and stir until blended. Combine flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg and fold into egg white mixture. Fold almonds into batter and drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased or parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack and let dry completely. Drizzle melted chocolate over tops of cookies. Enjoy!
