Ingredients
- 3/4 c. Greek plain yogurt
- 4 Equal Exchange Organic Avocados
- 1 ripe tomato
- 1 Tbsp. fresh minced onion
- 1 tsp. fresh crushed garlic
- 1 tsp. chopped cilantro
- 1 tsp. celtic sea salt
- 1 tsp. chili powder
Directions
Chop tomatoes, mash avocados, then mix it all together, chill and serve! Great with baked whole grain tortilla chips, pita chips, cucumber and carrot sticks, or whatever you like to use as your "dip utensil."
