Ingredients
- Equal Exchange Organic Tamari Roasted Almonds
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
Heat the sugar and stir until melted. Add butter and cinnamon. Add nuts. Turn out to sheet pan and beat flat with an oiled flipper. Let cool. (Be careful, melted sugar is VERY hot.)
