Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 eggs
- 3 Tbsp canola oil
- 1/3 cup Equal Exchange Organic Baking Cocoa
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 tsp brewed Equal Exchange Organic Coffee
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8x8 square baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Bake until the top is dry and the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan, about 30 minutes.
Yields 9 generous servings.
