Make Your Own Hot Cocoa Bar

This weekend I put together a hot cocoa bar for some friends and it was a big hit! It was fun to make our own creations and compare the delicious results. Here are some suggested ingredients for your bar: 

  • Equal Exchange Organic Hot Cocoa (just add hot water)
  • Whipped cream 
  • Shavings of Organic Very Dark Chocolate, or another Equal Exchange chocolate bar of your choice
  • Crushed cookies (we used chocolate sandwich cookies)
  • Small marshmallows 
  • Peppermint chocolates - these were so gooey and yummy after melting in the hot cocoa
